Refund and Return Policy

At Avisa Fashions, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed.
  • All original price tags and brand tags must be intact.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The product must not have stains, perfume, sweat marks, damage, or signs of wear.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected after quality inspection.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless there is a verified manufacturing defect:

  • Gift vouchers
  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Log in to your account and visit the My Orders section.
  2. Select the product you wish to return.
  3. Submit a return request and email clear images of the product along with the invoice to avisafashions@gmail.com.
  4. Once approved, our logistics partner will arrange pickup (if serviceable in your area).

If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may be required to self-ship the product to our registered address. Courier proof must be shared with us for verification.


4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
  • Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 3 working days.
  • The refunded amount will reflect within 7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund Method:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer (bank details must be provided during return request).

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges subject to availability:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Replacement products will be delivered within 3–6 working days after approval.
  • Exchanges are processed only after the returned item passes quality inspection.

6. Bundled or Promotional Products

If a product was purchased as part of a bundle or promotional offer, all items included in that bundle must be returned together for a refund to be processed.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear images of the issue via email.
  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

8. Non-Refundable Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.


9. Important Notes

Avisa Fashions reserves the right to:

  • Reject returns that fail quality checks.
  • Deduct applicable charges if items are returned incomplete.
  • Update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
