- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timelines
We strive to deliver your order within the following timeframe:
- Within Bengaluru: 3 Working Days
- Outside Bengaluru: 3–6 Working Days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.
3. Shipping Charges
- A nominal shipping fee of ₹50 is applicable on all orders.
- Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India. However, delivery services depend on courier partner availability in specific locations.
If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you regarding your order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you may track it using the tracking details shared via email or SMS. If you experience any issues with tracking, please contact our support team.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
Avisa Fashions is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Address modifications can be made only before dispatch.
7. Undeliverable Orders
An order may be marked undeliverable if:
- The shipping address is incorrect
- Delivery is refused
- No recipient is available
- The package is damaged during transit
If a prepaid order is returned to us as undeliverable, a refund will be processed after deducting applicable shipping charges.
